In mid game, R would be on like 40s cooldown on bruiser while on assasin would be at around 60. U just have so much more options to go in with bruiser build. Sometimes even even when u are fed as assasin it takes just one form and cc and boom u are gone. tl;dr: bruiser kha zix feels illegally good. What are ur thoughts on it?
I played six Kha games today and got crushed, none of them were even close. I felt like I can't farm as fast as the enemy jungler, my ganks aren't strong pre-6. I can outplay in skirmishes early and the slow feels useful in teamfights I guess but then the enemy jungle Shyvana just shoots one fireball and wipes out half my team.The point is that Kha can never kill trundle, and trundle just being in the fight with his Q removing 20 AD is enough to gut bruiser kha while still providing more utility to his team. I'm a kha main lurking on this sub for a while because playing the cat is fun. Insect is not in a good spot rn, heck tank mythics work better than assassin and bruiser ones for him currently so this patch is mostly cat favored. Bola now revealing invis is a whole different problem for the bug as well.
At least for me, I use it for bruiser kha. But test out different playstyle and find the one that fits you. You will want to take R evolve asap to gank easier and escape easily, Q evolve is good early game however once you get 40% cooldown it is not as useful, E evolve is good to get early if you have a few kills.

The problem with bruiser kha is that khazix doesn't use tank stats very efficiently. Compared to other bruisers like jarvan renek Darius irelea etc. kha doesn't have a lot of things that they do: free armor/hp, free armor shred, true damage, cc, %hp and/or %armor/Mr scaling. Those are built into bruiser kits to help bruisers be bruisers.
He got filled top instead of me btw. Divine Sunderer does not proc on Kha’s Q. If you want a more bruiser playstyle in the current patch, your best bet is conqueror with eclipse and black cleaver + situationals. He means that low cooldown Q lets him Q+aa to proc it. Eclipse into Black Cleaver into Frozen Heart or DD with Conquerer.It just don't let your opponent flee. But if you use your E and your R correctly, nobody can escape from Kha'Zix. The runes are the following: Conquerer - Triumph, Alacrity, Last Stand ; Inspiration - Magical Footwear, Cosmic insight The items I build are Goredrinker ->Ionians (Or MR or Armor depending on enemies) -> Blackcleaver -> Seryldas/Frozenheart - > Maw / Spiritvisage
