Making my process a little easier to have them in order. Placing one of each ribbon on top of each other I pinched the middle of the ribbons. With the ribbons pinched in the middle, I secured them on top of the mesh. Twisting the pipe cleaner a few times to make sure the ribbon and mesh were good and secured.
