For example spiked caestus. For some odd reason when infused with occult it goes up to 90 bleedm allowing you to quickly bleed enemies in 4 hits or less. Arcane builds: rivers of blood + occult uchigatana or nagakiba (bloody slash) Int builds: moon veil + the above with cold hoarfrost I'm using the former and have 60 arcane and about 20 dex. You don't need to level up dex much, just boost arcane since it increases damage and bleed build up.The way it looks at the end is blood has more bleed and occult has more damage. If you have no arcane stat investment then you should spec for whatever stat you have because otherwise the trade-off won't be worth it.
