The only solutions I've found is the just unplug the TV, wait, plug it in, and if you're lucky it'll turn on. The slightly more likely method is to unplug it, hold the power button for 30 seconds, wait 30 more seconds, plug in. Both solutions have like a 10% chance of working, and sometimes we won't even get the red light showing it is off.
