I did my Level 1 retake 2 weeks before my IM COMAT and thought that was enough for me personally but I think comquest alone would help you pass. You'll probably pass, but 400 + 120 questions in total - that's a bit on a lower side for IM. If you are a good test taker - you'll pass.
