35 Weeks Pregnant - Hypertension / 3cm Dilated and 50% Effaced. I'm currently 35 weeks pregnant with my first baby. At my 34 week appointment, I had high blood pressure (146/92), so my doctor ran some bloodwork to rule out preeclampsia. All the bloodwork came back fine, but I started doing non-stress tests twice a week.Typically, I'm closed and baby is high until the day of labor. So I'm expecting to go in with a low Bishop score.
